‘Tenor’ is a one-off remarkable hand crafted sculpture by Northumberland based sculptor Robin Fox.

An individually handbuilt abstract winged figure in mixed media. Steel armature and steel wings, covered with bronze modified Ferro cement and epoxy resin, all in a variegated patination with Verdigris and oxidised finish.

The figure is set on a stone base that has been hand quarried from Ladycross Quarry in Northumberland. The stone shows detailed layers throughout, Robin visits the quarry and carefully chooses the stone for each piece that he feels best matches the sculpture itself.
