2022.

The gallery is set to open on 1 June in accordance to government guidance.

We will still ask our customers to please continue to social distance while visiting. Staff will be wearing masks, but they are not 100% effective against the spread of covid-19. Social distancing and the lack of contact is still the best way to keep the curve down.

May everyone stay safe and healthy and hope to see you soon.

Covid-19 Update

Covid-19 Update

In an attempt to flatten the curve and keep our vulnerable population safe, the gallery has decided to close its doors to the public. The online shop, however, will still be completely open. The paintings that bring you joy in awakening memories of hikes with loved ones, the ceramic dogs that make you smile as you remember your own pets, and the glass that brightens your day in these dire times. They will all be available to browse or purchase if you so wish.

May everyone stay safe and healthy.

What to Do on a Rainy Day in Keswick

What to Do on a Rainy Day in Keswick

Keswick is a wonderful base for many hikers, canoeists, climbers, and other outdoorsmen (and women!). But what do you do in the Lakes when it’s raining? Art Trail Keswick Convention

During the Keswick Convention in two weeks time, the gallery will feature a Fourteen Stations art trail. This will combine scriptures with artwork, hoping to enlighten those visiting during the convention about the beauty and significance of art.

At each station, there will be a different question which relates to the artwork at the station. Sometimes the relation is the answer, so make sure you look carefully at the nearby artwork!

There will be a children’s trail and two adult ones, changing weekly.

Example Question:

Can you name the fourteen stations of the cross?
