A dynamic sculpture featuring three mixed media hand built walkers. The figures are built upon steel armatures, covered in layers of epoxy resin with a verdigris, oxidised iron and polished bronze finish. The rucksacks have been painted with India ink, giving them their vibrant hue.

The figures are hiking over Catbells, with their wee dachshund happily trotting along with them! The figures are all set into a fabulous polished organic yew base (Provenance Juniper, Hexhamshire, Northumberland).The yew has an amazing pink detail in the grain, and is full of character with it’s shakes and knots.
