This is a small, beautiful box created by Maria Santos-Alcantara. Inside the box has two compartments inside. The top compartment has three sections, and one large compartment underneath. The top is finished in pewter with a blue Abalone stone.

This box is handcrafted from the root of the Thuya tree before being expertly French polish finished to enhance the full character of this exquisite burr. It has a beautiful woody scent to it that fades with time. The top is made out of pewter, which has an enduring quality as it does not oxidise, meaning it requires no other care than an occasional dust.
