‘Margot’ is a one-off sculpture by Gray Eaton. Well known for his stunning driftwood pieces, Gray has recently started working with wire in a series of dancers, one of which we are lucky to have here in the gallery. For ‘Margot’, Gray has twisted together and moulded lengths of stainless steel and rose gold copper wire to form this beautiful dancer, perfectly capturing the elegance and poise of a ballet dancer mid pirouette.
Margot is mounted on a slate base which is signed by the artist.
